How much should I drink?
You should start with about 3oz. (100ml) daily for the first few weeks and then slowly increase it to about 8oz. (240ml) daily. To be able to benefit the most from the Aloe Vera Gel you should distribute the amount throughout the day and preferably drink it on an empty stomach, i.e. before your meals. If you anticipate a high-load day or you feel an upcoming illness you may increase the amount as needed. Please drink a lot of non-carbonated water, which supports the cleaning process enormously.
